This class will let you experience a few short introductory meditation techniques. And there will be a time to ask questions. Don’t worry if you can’t sit still – we choose meditations that will first release mind/body stress and anxiety.
The class starts at 7pm and will end at 8:30 – giving us all a time to meet each other; and a time to explain and then experience each short meditation; and time to answer any questions.
Subhan and Shanti are experienced meditation facilitators, continually meditating and sharing their understandings internationally.
