Mandala Meditation creates a Circle of Energy for natural Centering
and it is also considered a Meditation of the Third Eye.
There are four 15 minutes stages, with the first part being a running in place meditation.
The second stage is sitting with eyes closed and gently sway to the music as if you are a leave floating in the water.
The third stage is lying down and look at the ceiling. Imagine there is a big clock on the ceiling and your eyes are moving rapidly looking at the imaginary second hand.
The fourth stage is to remain lying down and do nothing. Just relax and let go.
“The mind is a mandala, a circle. If you watch, you become aware of the vicious circle of the mind. Again and again it brings the same emotions – the same anger, the same hatred, the same greed, the same ego. And you are just a victim. Becoming aware of the mind, you break the circle, you are no more identified with the mind.” – Osho
The World of Meditation is located in a residential neighborhood. Look for the stained-glass butterfly in the window on the top level. There are many parking spaces (at least 9) in the large driveway, or park in front of the raspberry bushes. There is virtually unlimited parking on 35th Ave, NE. Or on 34th – but only park on the side of the school – not in front of houses. The neighbor on the corner of 115th and 35th asks that no one parks in front of their house on 115th – this is the neighbor on the same side as the Center is. Also, park in the direction of the traffic or you might get ticketed! Thank you for your consideration.
