This ancient Tibetan meditation technique is good for calming yourself and helpful for balancing the energies of giving and receiving. It lasts one hour, and there are three stages. It includes humming to the sound of soothing Tibetan Bowls, followed by flowing circular hand movements for giving and receiving energy from the universe and the final stage of sitting quietly. If possible, do not eat 30 minutes before coming and remain inactive 15 minutes after doing it. This meditation can be done any time of the day or night, alone or with others.
Before the meditation we take time to connect and to give the meditation instructions. We answer all questions before and after each meditation.
The Nadabrahma music specially made for this meditation is available on CD click here. We will begin the explanation as close to 7 pm as possible.
Here is a u-tube about Nadabrahma.

The World of Meditation is located in a residential neighborhood. Look for the stained-glass butterfly in the window on the top level. There are many parking spaces (at least 9) in the large driveway, or park in front of the raspberry bushes. There is virtually unlimited parking on 35th Ave, NE. or on 34th Ave. – but only park on the side of the school – not in front of houses. The neighbor on the northwest corner of 115th and 35th (same side as the Center) asks that no one parks in front of their house on 115th. Thank you for your consideration.
