DESCRIPTION:\nOur friends at Osho Niranjana in San Diego asked if we could facilitate a one and half hour program – so, we will introduce a variety of meditations which focus on connecting with the senses.\nWhy do we offer these meditations? We discovered many unique meditations in Osho’s books, cd’s and videos! We also personally experienced them over the last 40 years! We  want to share them with you! They have all been tremendously helpful to both of us in our personal meditation practice. And now they can be a part of your practice too!\nHow we do it? Subhan and Shanti have been teaching Osho’s meditations for almost 40 years. And Subhan has done extensive research about what Osho has said about many of them, which we will share with you. Then you will get your own experience of these techniques.
