DESCRIPTION:\nWe have all experienced a great deal of conflict, both internally within ourselves, and externally with others. We can describe many situations where the friction of conflict has been distressing.\nAnd, we have tried in many ways to minimize or eliminate the stress of conflict from our lives. But have we been successful in dealing with conflict?\nWhat do we REALLY know about conflict: How does it originate? How does it appear in so many of life’s situations? What strategies do we use when it appears? And how effective are we in resolving it?\n This weekend online workshop can provide answers to these questions, with clear understandings, effective tools, experiences and insights! You will discover what conflict REALLY is, how it evolves, and how resolution can happen. The weekend is designed to clarify all the vagaries around what we THINK conflict is all about; and to provide tools that can deal with conflict when it arises, rather than letting it rob us of the quality of life.\nSubhan Schenker will be facilitating this workshop, with the assistance of Shanti Schenker-Skye. Together, they have facilitated  human potential workshops worldwide – in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the U.S. for over 32 years.
