DESCRIPTION:The words “yes” and “no” are powerful in our lives! They are used in a variety of situations, and can create anxiety and pain for us.\n\nThat’s because our response to life, using these two words, can give us two different kinds of difficulties!\nSome of us have difficulty saying “no.” We say “yes” to others’ requests, when we actually want to say ‘no.’ Then, the “yes’ is inauthentic, and the “no” energy gets buried! This creates anxiety, regret, and often resentment.\nWe can FEEL the discomfort! Yet, we’re unable to\nsay “no” for a variety of reasons.\n\nAnd, some of us have a “no” to many things in our life. We feel imposed upon; and we often feel negative about what life is giving us. So we find ourselves using “no” more frequently. As a result, our “yes” becomes difficult and sometimes impossible to access!\n\nThis is why we are presenting The ‘Yes/No Meditation Event’ on Jan 21. You will be able to explore your use of “yes” and “no,” and understand the patterns of our usage, as well as the difficulty that they both can cause us!\n\nWe’ll explore how we are affected by the emotions and mindsets around these two words.
