DESCRIPTION:Beyond Approval: Awakening Inner Acceptance is an interactive and transformative workshop designed for anyone ready to break free from the unfulfilling pursuit of trying to get external validation from others. In this supportive environment, participants will explore the roots of approval-seeking behaviors and learn how they affect self-worth and self-acceptance, and decision-making.\nThrough a blend of reflective exercises, small group discussions, meditation processes, and creative activities, participants will:\n• Identify patterns and strategies around seeking approval from others\n• Discover the underlying conditioning and beliefs that drive the need for acceptance\n• Work with insightful self-compassion and self-acceptance techniques\n• Use effective tools to connect with a resilient inner sense of worth\n• Experience and explore actions that help set healthy boundaries; and that honor the creative nature within, without comparison\nWhether you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, or simply want a deeper connection to your truest self, this workshop offers a safe space to explore and even let go of limiting beliefs!
