Family Constellations & Internal Mind Systems

Each of us could write a list of our relationships and situations in our lives that continue to produce friction and difficulties for us! They often inter-fere with our living a more relaxed, satisfying life.
What many of us don’t understand is how these difficulties arise – which makes it next to impossible to resolve them! As a result, we spend a great deal of time and energy feeling pained and frustrated by the situations we find ourselves in. We are simply not aware of the workings of the underlying causes of these difficulties!

What can be of great help in seeing and understanding what is REALLY happening in any given situation, is to recognize how the human mind functions, and how that affects us, and each member of the family and the other relationships! These are areas that have to be revealed first be-fore they can be addressed.

Fortunately, there are two therapeutic modalities that both reveal and address the root causes of these situations. They are Family Constellations and Internal Mind Constellations. They both offer rich insights into these issues, and help support ways to resolve them. They both make VISABLY available the hidden family and relationship dynamics and patterns that impact our well-being. And, together, they can be used to help individuals find healing and clarity – helping you untangle many of the complexities and confusion that the workings of the mind have produced, which become manifested in your relationships! These constellations reveal new understandings, insights and clarity about the nature of both the family and the mind’s impact on your life.

And they reveal the root causes of the problems and difficulties we all face, helping us gain new insights on how to resolve them. Both of these approaches can deeply effect change in what we do when engaging with others in our lives. And both offer insight and clarity into what underlying, unconscious motivations affect and control what happens in our day-to-day situations.
