Nadabrahma Meditation part of the Heart & Soul Meditation Series (Online)
NADABRAHMA MEDITATION
This ancient Tibetan meditation technique is good for calming yourself and helpful for balancing the energies of giving and receiving.
It lasts one hour, and there are three stages. It includes humming to the sound of soothing Tibetan Bowls, followed by flowing circular hand movements for giving and receiving energy from the universe and the final stage of sitting quietly.
If possible, do not eat 30 minutes before coming and remain inactive 15 minutes after doing it. This meditation can be done any time of the day or night, alone or with others.
Each session we will introduce the particular meditation presented. Then we will all do the meditation. There is always time before and after each meditation to ask questions and to just hang out with each other!
Here is a u-tube about Nadabrahma.
Each Wednesday we will present a Meditation from the numerous meditation traditions Osho has given us. We want to share and pass on as many of these as possible. Often when Shanti (one of the meditation facilitators of The World of Meditation) would meet with Osho in a darshan, he would introduce to her a meditation technique, asking her to try it out. Her love for experimenting with a variety of techniques continues even to this day.
