How to Step Out of the Overthinking Mind! A Weekend Meditation Retreat Online

Both Shanti and Subhan have been meditators for over 45 years. They have a wealth of understanding, insights and experiences into the essential nature of what meditation is.
They have discovered that two things are essential for a meditation practice to be effective. First it has to have some flavor of enjoyment or else most people will stop the practice. Second, the meditator can recognize a valuable shift in perception or understanding as a result of the meditatIon. When both these happen, the meditation practice not only continues, but also deepens.
In this online retreat we will be exploring what the state of meditation really is and how it can be more easily enjoyed and obtained. You will receive in-depth explanations of the effects of each meditation; and how they can enhance the quality of our lives. And all of this will be based on practical experience. This makes the benefits of this retreat available to both new and seasoned meditators.
The retreat will support your ability to find more relaxation and greater awareness, and to experience a more distance from the overthinking mind.
We will be meeting Friday night (March 10), Saturday (March 11) and Sunday (March 11). During this weekend, we ask each participant to create the experience of a real retreat – which means stepping away from the everyday life experiences and diversions.
The cost for the weekend is $240. We are offering an early bird price of $200, if paid by March 5th.
The time schedule is (PST Seattle WA Time):
Friday night: 7pm -10pm .
Saturday: 8am – 10pm with several breaks through-out the day.
Sunday : 8:30am – 5:30pm again with breaks through-out the day.
