Why do a Meditation Retreat? It’s simple:

-And, because relaxation and harmony are not just theoretical words, but are available through effective meditation processes.

-You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and get information and insights, from two certified meditation facilitators who have over 80 years combined experiences with doing and facilitating meditation processes! They’ll share tips on how to start a successful meditation practice.
So join us for a weekend of experiencing meditation processes that REALLY work! The ones that you’ll experience create relaxation and awareness, and reduce the activity of the mind – including its endless comparisons and judgments!
What is a Meditation Retreat? It is a time to just stop and leave the periphery of life. To move from the exterior into the interior of your being. And also a time to learn how to bring meditation into every aspect of your life – while at work, at home, on holiday or connecting with people.
Why do we offer a Meditation Retreat? We offer a retreat to: set aside time just for yourself; to experiment with a variety of meditation methods; to get to know and reconnect with your inner world; and, to understand how meditation works and how it gives us support to go beyond the mind.
How Do We Do It? We offer time to explore different meditation processes; as well as time to connect with the facilitators and other participants. You’ll have time to explore how to start and maintain a meditation practice! We’ve posted the schedule of meditations and the timings, below. There will be time for meals, to go outside, and to digest the experiences you’ll be having. On Saturday and Sunday, we will also have Osho speak on meditation.
The cost is $150.00
The retreat will start Friday, Sept 10 at 7pm. At this time, due to the spike of the delta variant, we are not sure if this event will be only online or, if there will be live meditations at the Center for persons who are fully vaccinated and who will wear a mask.
